3. Bookings & Services
3.1 Booking Process
When you book a service through ServicePlace, you enter into a direct contract with the service provider. ServicePlace acts as an intermediary platform.
3.2 Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Service Provider Terms
Service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of their services and qualifications
- Honour confirmed bookings and maintain professional conduct
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment system. ServicePlace charges a platform commission on completed bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
ServicePlace is not liable for any damages arising from services provided by third-party professionals. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Posting false or misleading reviews
- Attempting to bypass our payment system
- Harassing or abusing service providers or customers
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
