We want every ServicePlace booking to meet your expectations. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund — no questions asked.
1.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking value.
1.3 No-Show
If you are not available when the provider arrives, the booking fee may not be refunded as the provider's time is compensated.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once initiated.
3. Service Quality Issues
Unsatisfied with a service? Contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will investigate and offer a re-service, partial refund, or full refund where warranted.
4. Request a Refund
To cancel or request a refund, contact our support team with your booking reference and a description of the issue.
